Rio de Janeiro
Rio is the hottest of Brazil's cities, particularly around carnival time. Holidaymakers can idle away the days on the sun-kissed Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, swimming, playing volleyball or just relaxing. Copacabana Beach is a long and wide stretch of sand, and excellent surfing and water sports can be found in Rio. Sugar Loaf mountain is a must see for travellers. Sao Paulo

Iguaçu Falls
One of the most spectacular sights in the world. Located in the state of Parana on the border between Argentina and Brazil, at just under 3km they are the widest falls in the world. Apart from on the ground, you can enjoy the spectacle of the falls from either a speedboat or from the air on a scenic helicopter flight.

Partying and Carnivals
